2.4 GHz WLAN Front-End Module
The ATF65223-11 is a complete 802.11 b/g/n/acWLAN RF front-end module. The module providesall the functionality of the power amplifier, SPDTswitch, and low noise amplifier with bypass. With allthe critical matching, and a 50Ω interface to theantenna, the module is easy to be used in WLANapplications. The device is packages in a thin 16LQFN 3mm×3mm×0.55mm (max).
